Position: Senior Associate - Human Resources

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate HR professional to join our Human Resources Team. You will be involved in every aspect of our HR functions and will support our management and employees in all HR related matters. In this role, you will report to our AVP - Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities: Your responsibilities would be around, but not limited to -

1) Participating in recruitment and hiring processes including induction and onboarding.

2) Capturing employee data and maintaining employee records along with drafting of various policies.

3) Assisting in various training and L&D activities, seminars, and events for employee engagement as directed.

4) Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

5) Supporting other HR operational activities and being responsible for any coordination that could be required for compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, etc. and help in fostering healthy workplace relationships.

Requirements:

1) Bachelors degree ( BA, B.Sc, etc.) required.

2) 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

3) Strong understanding of / proficiency in relevant tools and their integration. (For e.g. MS Office, ATS, HRMS / HRIS, PMS, CRM / Engagement Tools, etc.)

4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Annual Salary Range: 7 to 10 LPA

Location: D - 3010, Solitaire Business Hub, Viman Nagar, Pune , Maharashtra, India

Mode of Work: Onsite / Work from Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week - Mondays to Fridays

Shift Timings: Day Shift - 10 / 11 AM to 7 / 8 PM IST with slight flexibility which could be required at times
