Associate – Front Office

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Front Office team at Hyatt Regency. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transactional data.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
