Job Description:Business Development Manager (Work from Home, Kochi Preferred)
Role Overview:
Seeking energetic Business Development Managers to drive sales and growth for educational services. The ideal candidate resides in the Kochi region, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly targets.
Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Oversee and coach the sales team (BDEs), providing motivation and training.
Lead presentations and sales pitches, negotiate contracts and close deals.
Monitor sales performance and report.
Coordinate with HR and management regarding onboarding, training, and compliance.
Requirements:
Location: Kochi or nearby preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/business development.
2+ years in sales, preferably within educational or service sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
Self-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
