Job Details Objective:

To manage and support all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
  • Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance management.
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to address performance and skills gaps.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee salary administration, including job evaluations and salary adjustments.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure competitive compensation practices and compliance with legal requirements.
HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain the employee handbook and ensure consistent application of policies.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding HR performance and trends.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
Recruitment and Staffing (Preferred):
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
