We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (On Field) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our and client's computer hardware and network infrastructure, reporting directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptop, and printers.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade hardware systems; perform routine diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lan cabling, Crimping, Punching, Testing, labeling. IP address skills
  • Manage and support network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Administer and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, VPN configurations, and remote access solutions.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and network-related issues, both on-site and remotely.
  • Fix users outlook issues. or User end issues.
  • Sometime need to work in client office as a backup engineer.
  • If the client is happy with your work you will be placed at Office if client recommends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, diagnostic tools, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Bachelor's degree , IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware and networking support.
  • Sim card will be provided
  • Petrol allowances.
