About the Role:

We are seeking a
result-driven Ad Manager
who can take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is a blend of
strategy and execution
—ideal for someone who is hands-on with PPC campaigns and also capable of driving performance through strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    , and other platforms.
  • Conduct
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
    to maximize ROI.
  • Write and optimize ad copies while managing
    ad groups, campaigns, and budgets
    effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and optimize continuously.
  • Execute
    A/B testing
    for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to ensure aligned ad performance.
  • Generate
    weekly and monthly reports
    with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in
    digital advertising
    .

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in
    PPC / Paid Advertising
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise with
    Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
    .
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
