Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) on all social platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance (engagement, reach, leads, conversions).
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online community interactions.
  • Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to grow the brand's online presence.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience in influencer outreach and collaborations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
