We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/candidates and explain products, services, or job opportunities.
  • Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a database of customer/candidate information and update call records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets (calls, leads, conversions, or closures).
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients/customers.
  • Follow communication "scripts" and company guidelines during calls.
  • Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team for follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
