Job description:
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our SSL Computer Education Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Getting the base data from the marketing Team and call to the concern persons accordingly.
- Answering phones and explaining the Education services offered by the company.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the Education services.
- Making recordings of all the phone calls and deals.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
