Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Sales team in the Sales & Distribution Support function.

This role extends beyond traditional sales responsibilities and offers exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of business development. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and contribute to the company's commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the field sales and business development teams.
  • Prepare, review, and manage commercial documents such as proposals, quotations, pricing sheets, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Maintain CRM databases and prepare periodic sales reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in executing sales campaigns, product launches, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Address client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support the preparation of marketing and business development materials (company profiles, product decks, pitch documents, etc.).
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to share actionable insights with management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation and process standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors or master's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional setup.
  • A proactive and quick-thinking individual with the ability to support sales targets and contribute to future launch strategies.
