Shift Timing: Full-time, Monday-Friday (6:30pm-3:30am IST, aligned with east coast United States)
Location: Gurgaon, India (On-site)
Experience: 0-3 years
About the Role
As an operations executive, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the organization. This may include overseeing production, logistics, supply chain management, and other functions to ensure that the organization is running smoothly and efficiently.
You may also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes, developing and maintaining relationships with Customers and Sales, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A bachelors degree in business, operations management, or a related field is typically required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Management: Directing customer service efforts that align with the company's objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Quality Control: They ensure products and services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Part of their role includes formulating strategic plans to enhance operational capacity and drive sustainable growth.
- Analytical Abilities: Being able to dissect complex situations and derive meaningful insights is crucial for effective decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Operations Executives must articulate ideas clearly and effectively mediate negotiations between different internal groups.
- Problem Solving: They must quickly identify problems and think logically and creatively to solve them promptly.
- Technological Proficiency: Embracing new technologies to improve business efficiency is a significant asset.
- Communication Skills: English communication skill is must for this role.
