About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in intensive care settings, excellent patient management skills, and a strong understanding of critical care protocols. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and continuous monitoring in the ICU.

Observe and record patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.

Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.

Administer medications and assist in medical procedures under physician supervision.

Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and hygiene standards.

Accurately document and report patient conditions, changes, or incidents to medical staff.

Provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical situations.

Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in ICU or critical care environments.

Strong technical knowledge of ICU procedures and equipment handling.

Excellent observation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to remain calm and efficient in emergencies.

Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-focused approach to patient care.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
