About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate ICU In-Charge Nurse to lead and manage the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality critical care. This role involves overseeing ICU staff, ensuring adherence to protocols, and maintaining seamless coordination with medical teams to provide the best possible patient outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the ICU unit.
Ensure compliance with ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Lead, guide, and support ICU nursing staff; assign duties and monitor performance.
Collaborate with doctors, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
Oversee patient monitoring, emergency response, and critical care management.
Maintain accurate medical and administrative records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of ICU equipment and supplies.
Conduct regular audits, training, and performance reviews of the ICU team.
Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of ICU procedures, equipment, and emergency care protocols.
