Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lifestyle Ambassador - Front Office to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this on-site role, you will facilitate exceptional guest service experiences, manage front office operations, and ensure residents and visitors feel welcome. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining a clean and organized front office space. You will play a key part in creating a positive and memorable community experience for our residents.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and managing front office operations
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Proactive, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and adapt to varied community needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
