Job Description Part-Time Personal Branding & Sponsorship Manager Role Type: Part-Time / Contract Location: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible) Reporting To: Ravi Kumar Battaram (Ravi Fit Rider) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Personal Branding & Sponsorship Manager to elevate the digital presence, brand value, and sponsorship opportunities for Ravi Fit Rider a 60+ fitness athlete, cyclist, bodybuilder, and lifestyle transformation ambassador. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports marketing, influencer partnerships, fitness branding, sponsorship acquisition, and digital content strategy. The candidate will play a key role in expanding visibility, securing brand partnerships, and managing the overall personal brand of Ravi Fit Rider across digital platforms and offline events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Branding & Positioning - Develop and execute a strong personal branding strategy for Ravi Fit Rider. - Build a compelling narrative around fitness transformation, longevity, Ironman preparation, cycling, and coaching journey. - Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). 2. Sponsorship & Partnership Acquisition - Identify and approach suitable brands for sponsorships (fitness, cycling, nutrition, sports gear, apparel, supplements, wellness, events). - Prepare sponsorship pitches, brand decks, and collaboration proposals. - Manage negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and brand relationships. - Collaborate with event organizers for participation partnerships (Ironman, marathons, cycling events, bodybuilding competitions). 3. Social Media & Content Coordination - Plan monthly content calendars based on training cycles, events, and milestones. - Coordinate shoots, edits, and creatives with photographers/video editors (if needed). - Manage posting schedules and engagement strategy to grow organic reach. - Suggest trending content ideas aligned with athletics, fitness, and lifestyle motivation. 4. Community & Audience Engagement - Drive engagement strategies to grow active followers on Instagram & other platforms. - Respond to comments/messages where needed, and engage with fitness communities. - Build collaborations with local fitness groups, cycling clubs, and influencers. 5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks - Keep track of deliverables, sponsorship agreements, and schedules. - Manage event registrations, PR opportunities, and media coordination. - Work closely with Ravi to update weekly progress, achievements, and new opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 25 years of experience in personal branding, influencer marketing, sports marketing, or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of fitness, health, sports, and lifestyle branding. - Good negotiation skills and experience working with brands for sponsorships. - Proficiency in social media strategy (Instagram required). - Creative thinker with strong communication and networking skills. - Ability to work part-time, independently, and deliver consistent results. - Basic skills in Canva, content writing, and planning are a plus.
