Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development & Sales Executive
with
2–3+ years of experience
in sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in pitching and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and outreach.
- Pitch Digital Mojo's services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content, Branding) to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitors' offerings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
2–3+ years in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or advertising industry). - Communication:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English is a must; Hindi/Telugu is a plus). - Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and pitching skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
