Post Sales Manager

The Post Sales Manager will oversee and manage all post-booking activities, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for clients from booking confirmation to possession. The role involves handling customer documentation, payment coordination, registrations, and after-sales service while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the post-sales team and ensure efficient handling of customer relationships after booking.
- Supervise all documentation processes including agreements, loan disbursement, and registration.
- Monitor payment schedules and coordinate with the accounts team for timely collections.
- Maintain strong coordination between sales, legal, accounts, and project teams to ensure accurate client updates.
- Address and resolve client concerns or grievances promptly and professionally.
- Track project progress and communicate possession timelines to customers.
- Manage and update CRM systems with client details, payment status, and follow-up notes.
- Prepare MIS reports on customer status, payments, and pending deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies in all customer-related processes.
- Plan and execute possession and handover activities smoothly.
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in post-sales, CRM, or customer relationship management within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate documentation, agreements, and registration formalities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
