**Position Overview**:

- Connect with customers regularly to understand their current and upcoming requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Requirement Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to relevant teams and track progress until fulfillment.
- Address any challenges or delays and provide updates to the customer promptly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, sales progress, and order status.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process optimization to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving inter-departmental coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
