**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Curation**:

- Develop and produce high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, written posts) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Craft creative captions and engaging narratives that align with the brand's voice and tone.
- Stay on top of trends and current events in the industry to create relevant and engaging content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with followers regularly by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Create engaging stories and interactive posts (polls, questions, etc.) to boost community interaction and engagement.
- **Social Media Strategy & Growth**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies aimed at growing followers, increasing engagement, and boosting brand awareness.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize content and strategies.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and tools to ensure content is fresh and aligned with audience preferences.
- **Content Calendar & Planning**:

- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and consistent content posting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan campaigns, promotions, and key initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, photography, and video editing.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to improve content strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
