We’re seeking a creative communicator passionate about real estate and digital storytelling to help amplify Propviewz’s presence. You’ll:
**- Craft rich content** (blogs, social, video/Reels) that showcases Pune’s property insights—neighborhood trends, pricing, project reviews, and real buyer experiences.
**- Develop content strategy** aligned with Propviewz’s mission of real-time transparency and education.
**- Manage an editorial calendar**—ensuring timely, relevant content.
**- Collaborate** with the marketing, design, and tech teams, and occasionally with real estate professionals or customers for case studies/interviews.
**- Analyze content performance** using analytics tools to iterate and optimize.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Generate original, high-quality content: articles, newsletters, social posts, and short-form videos.
- Research Pune real estate developments, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Write with Propviewz’s brand voice—trustworthy, insightful, and user-focused.
- Optimize for SEO (articles, landing pages).
- Edit, proofread, and fact-check all materials.
- Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, shares) and use insights to refine strategy.
- **Requirements**_
- 1-3 years experience in content creation, ideally in real estate, media, or startups.
- Strong copywriting & storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, CMS, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Experience producing short-form video—notably Reels or Shorts.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Passion for real estate—bonus if you understand Pune property scene.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
