**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and self-driven Content Creator to develop engaging video content and social media posts that align with our brand voice and strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for visuals, and hands-on experience in video production and editing.

The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing videos and other multimedia content across our social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook). You will play a key role in building our online presence, increasing engagement, and driving brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write, and edit original content for digital platforms (social media, websites, blogs, video scripts, newsletters, etc.)
- Create visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help build a community around the brand.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data and feedback
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across social media channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviour, and emerging content formats

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, and content marketing strategies
- Experience with photo/video editing software is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
