Job Overview

We are seeking Junior Export Sales Executives specializing in the pharma sector to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in export sales and demonstrate strong abilities in international client interaction and lead generation. This is a full-time position designed for highly motivated individuals eager to contribute to our global market expansion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • International Sales (Mandatory skill): Develop and manage export strategies to increase market presence and achieve sales targets across international territories.
  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to identify and develop potential business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment and delivery of products to clients around the globe.
  • MS Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Incoterms: In-depth understanding of Incoterms to ensure compliance with international trading practices.
  • Customer Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve any inquiries or issues.
  • Order Processing: Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders while maintaining attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new export markets and drive sales growth by developing strategic plans for the pharma product lines.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and business objectives.
  • Generate leads and proactively follow up on potential business opportunities to broaden customer base and increase market share.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the timely delivery of products to international customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about global trends and adjust strategies accordingly for competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales operations and ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to provide insights into export activities and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies in all export activities.
