Content and Design Executive
at
Sahyog Care For You

) will be responsible for developing creative concepts, producing high-quality photo and video content, and designing engaging communication materials that showcase the impact of our programs. Success in this role means delivering visually compelling stories that strengthen our brand, engage stakeholders, and highlight the voices of the communities we serve. This role is central to advancing our mission by ensuring our initiatives are communicated with clarity, creativity, and impact.


Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, projects, and communication initiatives.
  • Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos to document programs and events.
  • Design digital and print materials (social media creatives, posters, infographics, reports, etc.) using
    Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
  • Edit and produce videos, reels, and motion graphics using
    Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Ensure all creative outputs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and organizational values.
  • Collaborate with project and communications teams to translate impact stories into engaging visual content.
  • Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design, digital media, and social media trends to bring fresh ideas into campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); familiarity with CorelDRAW is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in
    design, photography, and video editing
    .
  • Ability to translate ideas and stories into visually engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in
    content creation, design, or media production
    preferred.
  • Awareness of
    social media trends and digital storytelling practices
    .
