Business Development Professional

You will be responsible for handling clients including Architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, etc directly. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, planning and executing events to enhance brand visibility, meeting existing and potential clients to showcase products, discuss pricing, and negotiate to secure sales. You will also be required to develop and expand a robust client pool within the architecture and construction industry through proactive networking and relationship building, provide product knowledge and technical expertise to clients, visit active construction sites, collect data related to the visited site, and share collected data with the sales team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field. - Proven experience in marketing. - Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. You will be working full-time in a day shift. Additionally, there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available based on your performance. The preferred experience for this role includes 3 years in B2B sales, 3 years in business development, and 2 years in marketing. Fluency in English is preferred for this position.
