Key responsibilities of a Project Head

Project Planning and Management:

-Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with the hotel brand and client requirements.

-Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the construction process.

-Conduct constructability reviews to identify potential issues early on.

-Oversee procurement processes, including selecting contractors and vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing material

deliveries. -

Regularly monitor construction progress on-site to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and safety regulations.

-Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.

-Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

-Lead and motivate the project team, including contractors and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

Buduget and Cost Control:

-Track project expenses closely to ensure adherence to the established budget. -

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering strategies. -

Manage change orders effectively to minimize cost overruns.

Leadership and Team Management:

-Resolve conflicts within the team and ensure effective collaboration.

-Foster a culture of safety and compliance with industry standards on the construction site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75, ₹250,000.00 per month
