Junior Sales Executive – Industrial Products

Join a growing team in industrial equipment sales – training provided.

Location: Hyderabad

Company: Authorized Dealer & Distributor for Bajaj Indef (Chain Pulley Blocks, Electric Hoists, Wire Rope Hoists, Cranes)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Bajaj Indef products to industrial clients and contractors.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals, negotiations, and reporting.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Commerce.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in industrial products / capital equipment preferred.
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).

Engagement Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Compensation: Salary + Performance-based Incentives
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday)
