Junior Sales Executive - Industrial Products

Join a growing team in industrial equipment sales - training provided.

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Company**: Authorized Dealer & Distributor for **Bajaj Indef** (Chain Pulley Blocks, Electric Hoists, Wire Rope Hoists, Cranes)

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell **Bajaj Indef products** to industrial clients and contractors.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals, negotiations, and reporting.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / Diploma in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Commerce**.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in **industrial products / capital equipment** preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.

**Engagement Details**
- **Employment Type**: Full-Time
- **Compensation**: Salary + Performance-based Incentives
- **Work Schedule**: 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
