Billing and Collection Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Billing & Collections Executive to join our ISP (Internet Service Provider) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing processes and ensuring timely collections from customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Billing Management:
  2. Generate accurate bills for customers based on their service plans and usage.
  3. Monitor billing cycles to ensure timely invoicing.

  4. Address any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.

  5. Collections:

  6. Implement effective strategies for collecting outstanding payments from customers.
  7. Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

  8. Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to follow up on unpaid invoices.

  9. Account Reconciliation:

  10. Reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices.

  11. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between payments and invoices.

  12. Customer Service:

  13. Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  14. Reporting:

  15. Prepare regular reports on billing and collection activities, including aging reports and collection metrics.
  16. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in billing and collections, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Strong understanding of billing systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

    - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
