Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Support Executives who can effectively handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, social media, and our company CRM (Zopoxo).

Our business involves selling mobile covers and mobile accessories online, and customers contact us regarding product and order-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via Email, Calls, Chat, Social Media.
  • Assist customers before order placement (Product material, Price, Availability, Etc.)

  • Resolve post-order issues such as:

  • Order delay

  • Expected delivery date
  • Damaged product
  • Color mismatch

  • Quality issues

  • Update and manage customer interactions on company CRM (Zopoxo)

  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns
  • Arrange pickup of incorrect / wrongly delivered parcels from the customer
  • Coordinate and dispatch a replacement parcel to the customer
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve any issues related to customer orders
  • Ensure smooth communication between customer support and warehouse for timely issue resolution

Complete training will be provided to selected candidates (7days )

Office Timings & Work Conditions:

  • Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 2:10 PM
  • Good communication skills required (English + Hindi)
  • Gazetted Holidays: 26th January,Holi,15th August,2nd October,Diwali only.
  • Paid leaves during probation: 2 leaves per month
  • 7 Days Unpaid Training

(Salary will be paid only after selection post training)

  • Sunday Working: If Sunday is worked, one compensatory week-off will be given between Monday–Saturday.
  • Team Shuffle: Candidates may be shifted to another team if required
  • Salary Security: Only 5 days' salary will be held as security and refunded after 3 months.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Graduate preferred)
  • Computer Skills (Mandatory):
  • Full computer operation knowledge
  • Shortcut keys knowledge
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  • Good internet knowledge
  • Decent typing speed
  • Communication Skills:
  • English: Average to fluent (Mandatory)
  • Hindi: Good
