Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day production activities to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and quality control teams to monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Shop floor experience with electrical background
  • Adherence to Production Schedule & Timely Delivery
  • Production with zero quality defects
  • Coordinating Production executive in TPM and other related processes
  • Manpower Handling
  • To Support OE related activities , Especially to coordiate for visual management module.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.Tech / BE EEE candidate with good experience in Manufacturing Process, Sound Knowledge in Electrical Maintenance & Automation
  • Should have an experience in Team Handling
