Role & responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients (CAs, SMEs, Channel Partners) to introduce and position Intelligere effectively over the call.
- Participate in lead generation activities through telecalling and initiate conversations to understand client requirements.
- Qualify, manage, and nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools and structured follow-ups.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and support onboarding processes.
- Capture customer feedback and VOC (Voice of Customer) to enhance engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every client.
- Contribute to identifying potential partners and supporting their onboarding journey to Intelligere.
- Maintain detailed performance logs, insights, and reporting dashboards to track conversion outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
The ideal candidate for the Inside Sales Associate role is a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM software and the ability to manage multiple leads while maintaining strong organizational skills are essential.
Candidates should be results-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company are highly valued.
Work Hours & Benefits
Inside sales executives work 9 hours per day, 6 days a week, with Sundays off. This schedule supports stability and a healthy work-life balance. Compensation includes a fixed base salary combined with commission earnings, allowing motivated individuals to increase their total income through performance-driven sales success. This structure rewards consistent effort while providing a dependable income foundation.
