Job summary

The GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP will play a crucial role in leveraging Pega technologies to optimize customer decision-making processes and enhance application development. Responsibilities

  • Analyze geospatial data to support strategic decision-making and improve customer engagement processes.
  • Develop and implement Pega applications to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega Case Management solutions into existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub to optimize decision-making frameworks.
  • Oversee the deployment of Pega solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Pega applications to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on Pega technologies to enhance skill sets and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular assessments of geospatial data to ensure accuracy and relevance in decision-making processes.
  • Support the development of strategic plans by providing insights derived from geospatial analysis.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
  • Implement best practices in Pega Application Development to ensure scalability and sustainability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging geospatial insights and Pega capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of geospatial data with Pega systems to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Application Development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Case Management with a strong understanding of work models.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex geospatial data.
  • Have a proven track record of successful Pega solutions deployment in a hybrid work environment.
  • Show expertise in optimizing decision-making processes using Pega technologies.
  • Display excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Pega advancements to drive innovation.

Certifications Required

Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified Pega System Architect (CPSA) preferred.
