About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the global B2B services and IT staffing and solutions sector, focused on scaling revenue from US enterprise and mid-market customers. We deliver talent, managed services and software-enabled solutions to US clients and are building a high-energy on-site sales team in India to drive pipeline and customer acquisition.

: US Business Development Representative (Entry Level)

Location
: India (On-site) — US shift / Night timings

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads for US-market accounts via cold calls, targeted email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using discovery questions and score leads to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to senior account executives; manage calendar coordination and pre-meeting briefings.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM; log calls, tasks, and outcomes to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs for call volume, outreach activities, qualified meetings and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to refine messaging, create targeted outreach sequences and improve conversion rates.
