Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager to lead high-value client engagement for the Business Leadership League. This role focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with HNI clients, SME founders, and business leaders. The candidate should bring proven expertise in networking, business development, and client relationship management, with the ability to represent Co. confidently at high-profile forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs, SME founders, and senior business leaders.
  • Represent Company at industry forums, networking events, and private gatherings to enhance visibility.
  • Identify and Reach out to decision-makers, especially MDs, CEOs, and senior executives.
  • Strategically invite and onboard high-value guests for Co. initiatives and events.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term engagement and value creation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to drive business growth strategies.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives, including exclusive roundtables, forums, and podcasts.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and guide them in building meaningful connections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Post-graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.

- 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or client servicing.

- Strong background in hospitality, real estate, luxury, or networking-driven industries.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong LinkedIn presence and ability to leverage digital platforms for networking.

- Proven track record of engaging with CXOs, HNIs, and SME founders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in business forums, memberships, or exclusive networking platforms.

- Exposure to premium client engagement, luxury services, or high-value sales.

- Deep understanding of SME and corporate ecosystems.
