Talent Acquisition Lead / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Experience:
4+ Years

Work Location:
Ahmedabad (On-site) – Prahlad Nagar

Salary:
Up to 50,000/- per month

About the Role

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across departments
  • Define job requirements and selection criteria in alignment with department heads
  • Expertise in
    end-to-end recruitment
    with strong exposure to
    technical hiring
  • Source candidates through
    LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional platforms
  • Draft job descriptions and interview questions based on the role requirements
  • Identify and shortlist the most suitable candidates
  • Manage interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Evaluate candidate profiles including CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Maintain detailed recruitment records, interview notes, and documentation for internal reporting

Requirements / Desired Skills

  • Minimum
    4 years of experience
    as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Strong experience in
    technical recruitment
  • Excellent communication, screening, and coordination skills
  • Must be
    willing to work from office
    (Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad)

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Human Resources Management
    or a related field
