Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Manager – Hospital Operations to oversee and manage all night-shift activities. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical operations, patient care coordination, staff supervision, incident handling, and adherence to hospital standards during night hours.

Operational Management

  • Oversee complete hospital operations during the 12-hour night shift.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of OPD/IPD, emergency, pharmacy, radiology & front office.
  • Monitor patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Ensure staff, equipment, and resources are available and ready.
  • Coordinate with clinical teams for emergencies or critical cases.

Staff Supervision

  • Supervise nursing, front desk, housekeeping, security & support staff.
  • Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and duty allocation.
  • Handle staff concerns, escalations, and on-shift issues.

Patient Experience & Safety

  • Address patient issues, grievances, or special needs promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with patients & their attendants.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards are followed.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare incident reports, daily shift logs & handover notes.
  • Report emergencies, incidents, or operational challenges to management.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs and NABH guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospital operations or similar role.
  • Ability to independently manage operations during night hours.
  • Comfortable with 12-hour night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
