Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Trident Hotels, located in Agra. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, handle employee records, and assist in the recruitment and onboarding process. Responsibilities include maintaining employee information in HR systems, coordinating benefits administration, and supporting training and development programs. The individual will collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and promote a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Familiarity with conducting and supporting training initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations is preferred
