Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Assistant, located in Agra. The IT Assistant will provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks while troubleshooting issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Day-to-day tasks will include managing and supporting printers, handling user requests, maintaining IT systems, and collaborating with team members to resolve technical challenges promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues
  • Experience with Printer Support and Information Technology tools
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve system-related challenges
  • Ability to work on-site collaboratively and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic IT environments
