Admin cum Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration and coordination activities.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, calls, and scheduling.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist project teams with quote preparing, documentation, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Prepare basic operational reports and update trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in administration or operations support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Candidate Preference:
- Female candidates preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
