Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Manager located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The Banquet Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of banquet services, ensuring smooth execution of events and high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing event planning, handling customer inquiries, supervising banquet staff, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a high standard of service. The role also includes managing hiring processes and training staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Food & Beverage management to ensure quality and adherence to event standards.
  • Experience in Hiring and training team members to maintain a competent and efficient workforce.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple events and resolve issues promptly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry is a plus.
