Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Team Leader – Field Recruitment, located on-site in Kolkata. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing field recruitment processes, managing a team of recruiters, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring. Day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring goals.
