Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Kolkata. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, guide and mentor team members, monitor performance metrics, and ensure team goals are met. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize productivity, conducting regular team meetings, and addressing any challenges to maintain efficiency within the team. Ensuring high levels of customer service and fostering a collaborative work environment will be key priorities.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in performance analysis, decision-making, and strategy execution
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for performance tracking and reporting
  • Background in health insurance or a related field is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a relevant discipline
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kolkata
