Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising.
  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
  • Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to execute campaigns.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage and grow email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists.
  • Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Graphic designing experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
