The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing strategies that drive awareness and generate leads, working closely with product management and sales.

Key Responsibilities (Execution Focus)

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, PR).
  • Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Manage and update digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to maximize reach.
  • Lead Management: Support lead generation activities and help nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking within the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to help identify industry trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support: Collaborate with sales and product teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within an IT product or B2B SaaS company.
  • Digital Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho / SalesForce) is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management skills, strong writing abilities, and a self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
