A. Job Description - Human Resources Intern

  • Sort, screen, and shortlist incoming resumes based on job requirements
  • Make outbound calls to candidates for initial screening and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Support HR in daily recruitment operations and admin tasks
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with applicants
  • Provide support in onboarding activities when required

B. Competencies:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

C. Educational Qualification:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

D. Experience: 0-1 yrs experience

E. Location : Mumbai
