Tech Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Purpose- To drive revenue by acquiring new clients in the hospitality, retail, and QSR sectors through consultative sales of the Ecobillz automation platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing new business across hotel, hospitality, retail, and QSR sectors.
- Identify, engage, and qualify leads through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and strong channel partnerships.
- Story telling - Deliver compelling product demonstrations that effectively communicate Ecobillz's technical capabilities, workflow automation, and business value—followed by successful commercial negotiations.
- Demonstrate strong pursuit skills with the ability to confidently influence and convince key decision-makers.
- Accurately capture client pain points and translate them into detailed business requirement documents for solution alignment.
- Act as a central coordinator between sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful platform deployment.
- Possess sound technical understanding of Ecobillz, including API-based integrations, cloud architecture, and compatibility with existing hotel IT systems, PMS, POS, and network environments.

- Understanding of SaaS/cloud technology and integrations
- Hospitality operations & finance knowledge
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain API-based integrations and backend workflows
- Self-motivated and outcome-oriented
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in engineering
- 3–5 years in SaaS or hospitality sales or enterprise sales
- Proven success in consultative B2B selling
