Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of the Resource:

Support during Software Implementation:

· Work as a liaison to get the data from internal client teams

· Address queries on the data required including legal applicability of the Act / Rule / Regulation / Notification / Circular and its compliances

· Align meetings - Internally and with TL Regtech for the compliance identification, mapping, trainings, etc.

· Helping with report & data extractions

Support post implementation of the Software

· Training users as and when required.

· Aid in understanding compliance and completion of requisite compliance.

· Achieving 100% compliance reporting in RegTrack on a monthly basis.

· Ensuring tool has complete coverage of all compliances applicable to the Company.

· Ensuring appropriate legal updates are received and configured to appropriate departments / users in RegTrack in a timely manner

· Correct mapping of compliance with requisite members.

· Support in queries resolutions of the product.

· Liaison between client team and TL Regtech team w.r.t issues if any.

· Maintain a proper tracker for such issues and updates on the issues.

The deployed resource will report to the Company's representative on a day-to-day basis. The Company's representative shall additionally define the specific activities on a day-to-day basis (in line with specific profile and experience of the Resource) which may include legal and compliance research work related to various laws or any other legal compliance support work.
