Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – NBFCPrimary Objective:

To build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote the company's financial products and services to achieve business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and promptly.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary contact point between the company and customers.

2. Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential customers for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell financial products such as vehicle loans, personal loans, gold loans, etc.
  • Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, and referrals.

3. Loan Processing Support

  • Collect and verify necessary customer documents for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations team to ensure timely disbursement.
  • Follow up with customers for pending documentation and repayment schedules.

4. Collections & Recovery Support

  • Remind customers of payment due dates and ensure timely repayments.
  • Coordinate with the collection team for overdue accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and payments.

5. Market & Customer Insights

  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management for product improvement and service enhancement.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and report key insights.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, sales, and service activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of NBFC products and services.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,598.00 per month
