About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Tax Compliance Executive with strong expertise in direct and indirect tax litigation and monthly statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing tax assessments, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely filing of all tax-related returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliances including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
  • Handle tax assessments, audits, and litigation before tax authorities.
  • Prepare and submit replies to tax notices, appeals, and departmental queries.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and legal counsel for tax matters.
  • Ensure accurate computation and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for tax assessments and compliance reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest amendments in Income Tax and GST laws.
  • Support internal teams with tax-related advisory and reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in tax compliance and litigation.
  • Strong understanding of direct & indirect tax laws and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
