Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Tax Compliance/Risk Product Manager. The role involves managing tax compliance initiatives, overseeing product development, and mitigating risks within financial product offerings. Responsibilities include closely monitoring tax regulations, designing workflows to ensure compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying areas of improvement in products to reduce risk exposure. The position also emphasizes driving effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support seamless execution of compliance strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Regulatory Knowledge, and Risk Mitigation
  • Experience in Product Management, Workflow Design, and Process Optimization
  • Strong Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Communication skills
  • Background in Financial Services or familiarity with IT/Software systems is advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results within deadlines
